The hotel has a very engaging lobby atmosphere.

During my stay, I faced several issues that were quite disappointing. The room I was initially assigned was not clean. the towels were scratchy, and the amenities were lacking, with only enough coffee for one. Additionally, I noticed that they do not clean the rooms daily, making it difficult to manage trash and supplies effectively.

i almost gave this place a good review, but the breakfast was horrible, powderd eggs were not acceptable. the pool was cold and dirty, yet no one seemed to care about my comfort. i woudl ve expected a free upgrade for all this nonsense! tru by hilton really lost its spark, didn’t it?

The lobby had a cool, modern vibe that immediately impressed me. Cleanliness stood out throughout the hotel. My king-size bed offered exceptional comfort, making it easy to fall asleep. I loved that there were options to refill my water bottle at the water fountain. The staff was friendly and provided a local restaurant list with a coupon, which I used. On the downside, I found the room design a bit impractical. the desk was awkwardly placed in front of the air conditioning unit. I faced connectivity issues with the wifi, as it asked for excessive information, making it off-putting to connect. I experienced noise disturbances late at night from doors slamming and footsteps above me. Breakfast had a few shortcomings. the pancake machine was down, and items went unreplenished. I would have liked to see fresh fruit offered, too. Nevertheless, the location was quiet, which I appreciated.

Great family road trip stop!

So we stayed here for a night on our road trip, and it was a solid choice! Loved how clean and modern the place was. The game of pool in the morning turned into a fun family ritual. Only thing that was a bummer was the wifi not being great. Oh, and the snack bar had some good munchies!

Family not disappointed

The lobby had an inviting atmosphere where we played board games as a family and my nieces couldn't get enough of the pancake machine at breakfast! Shante was a joy to talk to and really made us feel special during our stay.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but for the experience we got, it was still reasonable.

We enjoyed our stay at this modern hotel with great amenities for kids. My children loved the game area in the lobby that kept them entertained while we relaxed with my parents. The room was clean, and we appreciated the spacious breakfast area.

The moment I walked in, the friendly front desk gal greeted me and it felt like home. The cookies she was making were a sweet treat! I loved taking a dip in the heated pool and relaxing on the sun loungers after a long day. The only downside was that some areas could have used a little more attention, but it didn't take away from the great experience! 😊

my stay at tru by hilton was great! the breakfast was delicious, especially when the older lady was fixing it. katy and melissa stood out as the best staff, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. the location was super convenient, close to major attractions.
